RJ7 Skills was founded by RJ Luevano in the fall of 2011 as an idea to be able to pass down his knowledge of the technical side of the soccer game. The idea was to reach players on a personal level and pour into them not only through passing, dribbling and shooting, but even more importantly, the mental part of the game. Throughout the years of the company’s existence, we have had the pleasure of being able to help thousands of young players grow in real confidence.

As the years have come along, opportunity and growth have also been so vital to the companies existence, and so were able to bring on multiple world-class trainers. Trainers that have had experience playing in Europe professionally, D1 - college, soccer, D2 - college, soccer, professional futsal and not to mention professional indoor soccer. 

It has, and will always be the foundation of RJ7 to build players up. The understanding and knowledge of the technical and tactical side of the game by our trainers is second to none. From the first pass of the ball of the first session ever it was understood that we would take the approach of building confidence through technique. 

We have had the pleasure of being part of many players journeys that has seen them go on to very high levels of collegiate and professional soccer, both men and women. it is our mission to be able to continue to help as many players as we can reach their full potential and help them play at whatever level they desire. doing so we will never teach through fear, but instead continue to build the player up so that they can genuinely achieve real confidence.

With more than 12 year’s experience in this soccer specific field we are more than capable and eager to help any and all players from the highest to the lowest levels. We hope to have the privilege of helping players grow for many years to come.
